Terence Niehoff is the senior and founding partner of Niehoff Peterson & Cortez, LLC. He is a former prosecuting attorney and public defender who has been in private practice for over 25 years providing high-quality, aggressive criminal defense.
Terence has handled thousands of criminal cases. He has defended clients in over 300 jury trials, and has achieved a very high-percentage of favorable verdicts. He has gotten not guilty verdicts in both state and federal courts, and in cases where his clients were charged with murder, assault, armed criminal action, robbery, stealing, burglary, drug conspiracy, drug possession, drug trafficking, drug distribution, carrying a concealed weapon, felon in possession of a weapon, rape, sodomy, child molestation, child pornography, domestic assault, resisting arrest, tampering with a victim/witness, tampering with a motor vehicle, or DWI/DUI.
